Admission Process

1. Collection of form(Online or Offline)

  1. Online: Download the admission forms and fill the form according to the instructions given. Arrange the mentioned documents and submit in the school Main office (Proxima International School, Behind vitthal Mandir, Dhanori).
  2. Offline: Collect the admission form from the school Main office.(Proxima International School, Behind vitthal Mandir, Dhanori)
  3. Admission form costs Rs. 350/-

2. Fill Out the Application Form:

  1. Carefully fill out all the required fields in the application form.
  2. Provide accurate information about the student and any other details requested.

3. Prepare Required Documents:

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Parent’s I’d Proof
  3. Child’s Aadhar Card
  4. Previous school report card
  5. Bonafied certificate(Pre- Primary)
  6. Transfer Certificate (2nd and above)
  7. Residence proof
  8. 4 passport-sized photographs
  9. Family Photo (Parents along with the child)

4. Submit the Application:

Submit the completed application form along with all the required documents to the school’s Main office before the deadline. (Proxima International School, Behind vitthal Mandir, Dhanori)

Ensure that you keep a copy of the submitted documents and the application form for your records.

5. Receipt Collection

  1. Collect the receipt of Rs. 350/- from the office at the time of collection/ submission of the application form.
  2. Applicant need to produce the receipt on the day of entrance test or on the day of interview.

Prepare your child for interviews or tests if required.

6. Wait for Admission Decision:

After submitting the application and attending any necessary evaluations, wait for the school’s admission committee to review applications.

Admission decisions are usually communicated through email, call, or the school’s website.

7. Complete Admission Formalities:

If your child is accepted, complete the admission formalities.

Pay the admission fees and any other required fees within the specified timeframe.

8. Attend Orientation (if applicable):

Parents need to attend orientation sessions organized by the school to familiarize yourself and your child with the school’s policies, procedures, and facilities.

9. Prepare for the School Year:

Purchase uniforms, textbooks, and any other materials required by the school.

Ensure your child is mentally and emotionally prepared for the new school environment.

Charges for the following programs are not included in the Annual School fees.
